This document is an electronic record under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) and related regulations. By submitting information via the contact form on www.nurathailand.com, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described herein. It explains how M/s. NURA Thailand collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects your Personal Data.

Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all users accessing www.nurathailand.com, including Thai residents and international users whose data is processed in Thailand. The term “We” refers to M/s. NURA Thailand and its affiliates. “You” refers to any natural person accessing or submitting data via www.nurathailand.com

Legal Basis for Processing

Under the PDPA, we process your Personal Data only when there is a lawful basis, including but not limited to:

The retention period will be determined based on the duration of the follow-up process, business needs, and applicable legal obligations. Once follow-up activities are completed and the data is no longer needed for the stated purposes, we will securely delete or anonymize it. 

Consent and Withdrawal

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at hello@nurathailand.com. Withdrawal will not affect prior lawful processing. You may also access / correct / update your personal data by contacting us at the same address. We will respond within the timeframes required under PDPA. 

Cross-border Data Transfer

If your data is transferred outside Thailand, we will ensure: 

• The receiving country or entity has adequate data protection levels, or 

• Appropriate safeguards are in place (such as contracts, binding corporate rules, etc.) 

• You are notified and / or have given consent if required. 

• It is necessary for legal or contractual reasons 

Data Security

We will implement reasonable and appropriate technical, physical, organizational, and managerial measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. 

We implement: 

• Encryption and anonymization 

• Access controls and authentication 

• Data breach protocols 

We periodically review our security measures. In case of data breach, we will notify the affected individuals and the relevant regulatory authority within 72 hours, as required by PDPA.

Disclosure of Data

We do not sell or rent your data. We may disclose data,

• To prevent fraud or cyber incidents 

• Under court orders or regulatory requests 

• To prevent, detect or investigate unlawful activities, or for safety/security reasons 

Role of Data Protection Officer (DPO)

• Oversee PDPA compliance 

• Handle data subject requests 

• Liaise with the PDPC 

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Portability, Objection, Withdrawal of Consent, and Filing Complaints with the PDPC. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted prominently on www.nurathailand.com. Your continued use and access of the website shall be deemed as your acknowledgment of and consent to the amended Privacy Policy.
