PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE –  

This Privacy Notice provides mandatory information as required under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) of Thailand regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your Personal Data by M/s. Nura (“Nura”, “we”, “us”, “our”). 

PERSONAL DATA 

Under Section 6 of the PDPA, “Personal Data” refers to any information that can identify you, directly or indirectly.
M/s. Nura, through website may collect the following Personal Data from you (“Data Subject”): 

• Name 

• Email ID 

• Phone Number 

• Comments / Message – if such content contains Personal Data 

PURPOSE OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA 

M/s. Nura provides a Contact Us form through www.nurathailand.com, which collects your Personal Data solely for the purpose of enabling you (“Data Subject”) to get in touch with or reach out to us.
Providing this information is voluntary, and refusal to do so will not affect your ability to browse our website. 

DATA CONTROLLER 

M/s. Nura acts as the Data Controller under Section 6 of the PDPA, determining the purpose and means of processing your Personal Data.
The legal basis for such processing is our legitimate interest in facilitating your communication with us through the Contact Us form made available via www.nurathailand.com 

DATA PROCESSOR 

M/s. Nura may engage third-party service providers (Data Processors) to process your Personal Data on our behalf and under our instructions, in compliance with the PDPA. Such processing shall be limited to the purposes specified in this Notice.

M/s. Nura respects your rights under the PDPA and has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee compliance and handle all inquiries or complaints regarding your Personal Data.

DATA PROTECTION PRINCIPLES – AS PER PDPA 

M/s. Nura adopts the following principles in processing your Personal Data: 

• Your Personal Data shall be collected, used, or disclosed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. 

• Your Personal Data shall be collected only as necessary and for the specific purpose of enabling communication with us. 

• We shall not use or disclose your Personal Data for purposes other than those specified herein unless permitted by law or with your explicit consent. 

• We shall ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of your Personal Data. 

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER PDPA 

As a Data Subject, you have the following rights under the PDPA: 

1. Right to Access:
   You have the right to request access to and obtain a copy of your Personal Data we hold about you. 

1. Right to Rectification:
   You may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data. 

1. Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”):
   You have the right to request deletion or destruction of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary or where you withdraw consent. 

1. Right to Restrict Processing:
   You may request restriction of the use of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, such as when accuracy is disputed or processing is unlawful. 

1. Right to Data Portability:
   You have the right to obtain your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another data controller. 

1. Right to Object:
   You may object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Data where processing is based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing. 

1. Right to Withdraw Consent:
   You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect prior processing based on consent before its withdrawal. 

1. Right to Lodge a Complaint:
   You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe your rights have been violated. 

RETENTION PERIOD 

We shall retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Once the purpose is fulfilled, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized. 

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA 

We may disclose your Personal Data only under the following circumstances: 

• As required by law, court order, or government authority; 

• To comply with law enforcement or regulatory requirements; 

• To protect the rights, property, and safety of M/s. Nura, its users, and the public; 

• To authorized service providers acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations. 

DATA SECURITY MEASURES 

M/s. Nura implements appropriate physical, electronic, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure safe transmission of information. 

Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION 

In the event of a data breach that may pose a risk to your rights or freedoms, M/s. Nura shall notify the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and, where required, notify affected individuals without undue delay. 

CONSENT 

By using www.nurathailand.com and submitting your information via the Contact Us form, you (“Data Subject”) provide your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice and the PDPA.

M/s. Nura reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Notice from time to time to comply with legal or operational requirements. The revised version will be posted on www.nurathailand.com with the updated effective date.
