1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

1.1. Scope of Application

FUJIFILM DKH (Thailand) (“NURA”, “we”, “our” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting your Personal Data and is committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (“PDPA”) and all relevant subordinate regulations.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect the Personal Data of individuals who use or express interest in NURA Bangkok‑branded health screening services (the “Services”), including through the NURA health screening mobile application and any related digital platforms (the “Application”).

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of:

General Personal Data, such as your name, contact details, identification information, demographic and transactional data; and

Sensitive Personal Data, such as health information, medical history, health‑screening results, and other health‑related information, to the extent necessary for providing our health screening and related services, and only with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted by the PDPA.

This Privacy Policy applies when you download, install and/or use the Application on your mobile device or otherwise use or interact with NURA Bangkok health screening services.

This Privacy Policy also applies, to the extent relevant, to NURA’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies that are involved in the provision of NURA Bangkok health screening services and that process Personal Data under the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy

For the purposes of the PDPA, the Data Controller in relation to Personal Data collected through the Application and in connection with NURA Bangkok health screening services is:

2. Collection and Management of Personal Data

2.1. Personal Data Collected via the Website / Application

When you download the Application or provide a data in website, certain information may be collected and processed by the relevant Application / website, such information may include, for example, your customer number, General Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data.

Please note that this collection and processing is carried out by the app store provider as an independent data controller. We do not determine the purposes or means of such processing, have no control over it, and are not responsible for the app store provider’s data processing. You should refer to the relevant app store provider’s privacy policy for more information.

2.2. Collection of Personal Data

2.2.1. Personal Data Collected via the Application

When you use the Application and/or website of NURA health screening services, we collect certain Personal Data through the Application / website and through trusted third‑party service providers who process Personal Data on our behalf under written data processing agreements. Depending on your use of the Application / website and the permissions you grant, the following categories of Personal Data may be collected

(a) General usage and preference data

  • Country/region of residence;
  • Language preference and basic profile settings within the Application;
  • Information you selectively allow us to record as an “Activity Record” within the Application (e.g. visit history, selected service packages, appointment logs, basic lifestyle information you choose to input).

If you do not wish us to collect Activity Record data, please do not enable or input such information in the relevant settings or features of the Application.

(b) Device, technical and interaction data

  • Device and operating system (OS) information, Application version, and configuration details;
  • Usage/interaction data within the Application (e.g. buttons tapped, number of clicks, page transitions, session duration, feature usage);
  • Technical information relating to the performance of the Application (e.g. error logs, crash reports, communication errors, system errors);
  • Responses to in‑app surveys or feedback forms that you choose to complete.

(c) Third-party account information (if used for sign-in)

  • User ID(s) associated with accounts that you may choose to use for sign-in or linking with the Application, such as accounts provided by third parties (e.g. Google, Apple, Facebook or other “Third-Party Accounts”).
  • Where you use such Third-Party Accounts, only the information necessary for authentication and account linkage will be collected, and always in accordance with the permissions you grant via the third-party provider.

(d)Network and log data

  • Network server access records, including IP address, date and time of access, and related log information associated with your use of the Application.

The information described above may be collected in a form that is either identifiable or pseudonymized/aggregated, depending on the nature of the data and the method of collection. Sensitive Personal Data (such as health information and screening results) is handled separately and only as necessary for providing the health screening services, with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted by the PDPA

The information described in item (d) above (network and log data) will be used only for the purposes described in Section 2.3(a) (e.g. security, troubleshooting, service quality and usage analytics), and will not be used to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you without appropriate safeguards.

2.2.2. Third-Party Account Providers

The information described in Section 2.2.1(c) (i.e. user ID(s) and limited account linkage information) is collected and provided to us by each Third-Party Account provider in accordance with their own privacy policies and user settings.

For clarification, we do not access or collect any other information from your Third-Party Account(s) (such as your full profile, contacts, or activity on those platforms), nor do we provide any other information described in Section 2.2.1 to such Third-Party Account providers

2.2.3. Separate Management of Data by Third‑Party Accounts

Where the Application allows you to sign in or link via Third‑Party Accounts, please note that data used for such network‑related functions is managed separately for each Third‑Party Account. In particular:

(i) If you sign in to the Application or related network services with multiple Third-Party Accounts, the data associated with each Third-Party Account will not be integrated or merged with data associated with your other Third-Party Accounts; and

(ii) If you change the Third-Party Account used for signing in, the data previously used under another Third-Party Account will not be automatically carried over, unless you actively change the signed-in account by using any account-switching function made available in the Application.

2.2.4. Health-Related Data and Image Content

For clarification, we do not collect, except where you expressly upload or submit such image content to us as part of the Services (for example, when you voluntarily upload an image or document into your health record or Activity Record).

In such cases, the content image you upload will be processed only as necessary for the provision of the NURA health screening services (e.g. to support consultations, appointment preparation, or results tracking), in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the PDPA. We do not otherwise access media stored locally on your Device.

2.3. Purpose of use of Personal data

We process, store and use your personal data for the following purposes:

(a) To provide health screening services and related functionalities via this Application and/or website;

(b) To improve our healthcare and health screening products and services, to develop new health data sets and models to enhance diagnostic analysis, and to analyze demand for our medical devices, products and services; and

(c) To create statistical or aggregated information for market research and marketing purposes, in a form that does not identify any individual.

The use of Personal Data provided by you shall be limited to the purposes set out above. However, we reserve the right to carry out additional processing to the extent permitted or required under applicable laws and regulations, including where we are authorized or required to use your Personal Data in connection with any legal or regulatory proceedings or criminal investigations.

We understand that your Personal Data processed by third‑party service providers engaged by us under data processing agreements will be deleted from their servers once the purpose of processing such data has been fulfilled, in accordance with the applicable contractual and legal requirements.

2.4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share or disclose your Personal Data only where appropriate safeguards are in place and only for lawful purposes, as follows:

(a)With your consent
Where you have given your prior consent (explicit consent in the case of Sensitive Personal Data, such as health information), for example when you request that we share information with a particular hospital, clinic, insurer, care-partner or healthcare professional.

(b) ) Within our group and with service providers

With FUJIFILM and DKH group companies and other NURA‑branded entities, and with carefully selected third‑party service providers (including but not limited to data processing, cloud, analytics and IT service providers or similar vendors) that assist us in carrying out any of the purposes described in Section 2.3. These parties act as data processors and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your Personal Data and process it only on our instructions.

(c)Business transfers and corporate transactions
In connection with any actual or proposed assignment, transfer or reorganization of our business, including mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, joint ventures, or transfers of operations, to the extent necessary for due diligence or completion of such transactions, and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards

(d)  Legal and regulatory requirements
Where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or requests from competent authorities, or where we are authorized or required to use or disclose your Personal Data in support of any legal, regulatory or criminal investigation, proceedings, or enforcement actions.

(e)Protection of life, health or rights
Where there is an urgent or necessary need to disclose information in order to protect the life, health, or safety of an individual, or to protect important legal rights, and where it is not possible or appropriate to obtain consent in time, in accordance with the PDPA.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose, supply, share or otherwise distribute your Personal Data to third parties. Any sharing will be limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose and will be carried out in compliance with the PDPA and other applicable laws.

2.5. International Data Transfer

We may transfer and store your Personal Data in other countries, including countries where data protection laws may differ from those of Thailand. Where such cross-border transfers occur, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your Personal Data is protected in accordance with the PDPA and applicable regulations, for example by implementing contractual safeguards (such as data transfer agreements), transferring only to recipients with adequate data protection standards, and/or relying on other legal bases permitted under the PDPA

2.6. Data Security

NURA implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. Your Personal Data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not generally accessible to the public.

All Personal Data you provide to us during registration or when using our health screening services is transmitted using encryption or other security technologies designed to prevent unauthorized access or misuse by third parties. While we strive to protect your Personal Data, no system can be guaranteed as completely secure; however, we will continuously review and enhance our security measures in line with industry standards and legal requirements.

2.7. Your rights relating to your personal data and contact information

Subject to the PDPA and applicable law, you have the right to:

withdraw your consent (for example, where we rely on your consent to process your Sensitive Personal Data for health screening purposes);

request access to, and a copy of, your Personal Data;

request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;

request deletion, anonymization, or restriction of the use of your Personal Data, where applicable;

object to certain types of processing; and

request data portability, where applicable.

You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy at any time, with effect for the future. However, please note that if you withdraw your consent for certain processing (particularly Sensitive Personal Data related to health), we may not be able to provide some or all of the health screening services to you.

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy

5.1. NURA reserves the right to change, amend, or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Application and/or website, or by other appropriate means. The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the effective date specified by NURA at the time of notification.

5.2.NURA may change the name, branding, or presentation of this Application without prior notice. This Privacy Policy will continue to apply to the Application and the NAMA-branded health screening services even if the name or branding of the Application is changed.

5.3. NURA may update or modify the Application at its sole discretion in order to improve security, fix defects, or add, change, or remove features and functionalities, provided that such updates will not reduce the level of protection afforded to your Personal Data under this Privacy Policy and the PDPA.
